From first contact, through our exhaustive home survey, planning and packing, shipping and delivery, we’ll keep in constant contact, updating you at every stage.

Meeting face to face is an essential part of the process; we’ll listen to your concerns and advise and guide you accordingly. We’ll also carry out our survey, on which to accurately base our quote. That means every room, every closet,
every storage space.
Once our service is confirmed, you’ll meet your dedicated move co-ordinator, who will take you through every aspect of the planning and preparation.
Customs forms, visas and embassy visits, organising insurance, pet vaccinations, finalising temporary accommodation if it’s needed: we’ll help co-ordinate every little detail before the big day arrives.
This is when you can relax, and leave it all in our very capable hands. DASA can even organise cleaning or repainting your villa or apartment before you hand it back to your landlord.
Packing is likely to take 2-3 days, while your belongings will spend on average 30 days at sea in transit. Once the containers have cleared customs, expect 10 days for delivery and unpacking.
Delivery and unpacking isn’t the end of your journey; if there are any breakages, the insurance procedures kick in. DASA follows up to check customer satisfaction, ensuring every member of the family is settled. We can, of course, offer full orientation packages, including home searches, school selection and even introductions to social groups.
